Doug Bishop

Doug began to play golf more seriously in 1984. He started giving lessons in 1990. At the same time, he went to Ball State University in Muncie, IN. He graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. In 1997, Doug graduated his Class A PGA school in the top 5% of his class. On September 1, 1998, he opened MD's Golf Academy. Since 1994, he has given over 42,000 lessons. Through lessons with Doug, some of his students have gone on to golf at D1 schools, participate in Web.com tours, golfed in NAIA division 2 and 3 schools, and participated IWV All American Tour.
Nick Foster

Nick is MD's assistant golf pro. Nick has played for the past 20 years. He started at the age of 8 when his Dad introduced it to him. He has gotten more serious in the past four years. He is currently apprenticing with Doug while he is works towards PGA his certification. He is hoping to get certified by 2018. He loves golf and is excited to help people learn the game.
